The qualifications for these professions include having a BSc in Electrical/Electronics, a B.E. in Electrical/Electronics, a B.E./BSc in Civil Engineering, an MBA, an MSc in Computer Sciences, an M.Com, or an M.A. in Economics.

The aforementioned appointments must be made on a contract basis; they cannot afterwards be regularised at any stage or become eligible for government pension benefits.
